This class will focus on the fundamental components to the Tarot. In the first 15-mins we will cover the history and the structure of the Tarot. The remaining 60-mins is an immersive group Tarot Reading session. The immersive session will start with a 10-min guided meditation. Afterwards, each person in the group will have an opportunity to draw a card. Helen will share her interpretation as well as explain the internal process that leads her to your message. The session will end with a quiet 5-min moment of reflection.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
